Returns and Exchanges

For returns and exchanges please email 1923company@gmail.com with your order number and full name. Please let us know if you would like to exchange for store credit or return for a full refund.

  • All returns must be sent back in their original condition with tags attached. 
  • All returns must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • We have the right to refuse any items that appeared damaged or worn. 
  • We cannot accept any items that do not still have the tags and panty lining attached. 
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back items for refunds.
